The Whitaker Management Group (TWMG) provides a full array of management services for corporate and nonprofit entities. The Whitaker Management Group uses a logic model approach of inputs, outputs, and outcomes to provide management solutions for clients. At the management level, many clients are unsure of how to approach an organizational problem or issue, and may not know the outcome they want to achieve.
